BROWSE THE TOOLS
Most Counter-Strike advice is one player telling you what they personally do. It works for them because of their desk, their mousepad, their monitor and the years they already put in. Copying it gives you their answer to a question you never asked.
These tools do the opposite. You put your own numbers in and get an answer about your own setup, with the reasoning next to it, so you can decide whether it makes sense before you change anything. Nothing here tells you to be like somebody else. It tells you where you currently stand.
Every tool on this page asks for something small from your own setup. Here is where each of those lives, so you can have it ready.
01
Open the software that came with your mouse and read the DPI for the active profile. With no software installed, most mice ship at 800 or 1600.
02
In Counter-Strike 2 open the console and type sensitivity, or find it under Settings, Keyboard and Mouse.
03
The nickname shown on your FACEIT profile page, exactly as it is written there, including capital letters.
01
Are these CS2 tools free?
Yes, all of them, with no limit on how many times you use them. There is no paid tier and nothing is held back behind a payment.
02
Do I need to create an account?
No. There is no sign up, no login and no email required. Open the page, use the tool, close the tab.
03
Is anything I type saved?
No. Everything is worked out inside your own browser. Nothing you enter is sent to a server or stored anywhere.
04
Do they work on a phone?
Yes. Every tool is built to work on a phone screen as well as on desktop, so you can check a number while the game is still open.
05
Do these work for CS:GO settings as well?
Yes. Sensitivity, DPI and the way they combine did not change between CS:GO and Counter-Strike 2, so any number you carried over still converts correctly.
06
Who builds these tools?
GameSenseLab, a Counter-Strike 2 coaching project. The tools come out of questions that keep coming up in real coaching sessions.
Ask for a tool
If there is a number you keep working out by hand, or a question you keep googling before every session, send it over. The tools on this page get built from what players actually ask for.
